THE APPROACHING GREAT TERROR

"Still, if you will not fight for the right when you can easily win without bloodshed, if you will not fight when your victory will be sure and not so costly, you may come to the moment when you will have to fight with all the odds against you and only a precarious chance for survival. There may be a worse case. You may have to fight when there is no chance of victory, because it is better to perish than to live as slaves." Winston Churchill

We are slaves, but the politicians, lawyers and judges that rule over us refuse to admit their folly. Slavery has always been accompanied by massive plunder enforced by law. Too many times we forget to apply human nature to the case at hand. To err is human. This we know is true, but when an oligarchy is in power, then human error is greatly magnified when those who make up the oligarchy have college degrees and honorary doctorates. It is magnified even more when the oligarchy is able to make their enslaving practices universal throughout the nation, for then slavery becomes an institution. The victims of their despotism become legion.
THE STATUS OF SLAVERY
Before we can move forward with our critical examination, we must first determine what constitutes slavery. Justice Curtis, in Dred Scott v. Sanford (1856 term, U.S. Supreme Court), stated that "the status of slavery embraces every condition, from that in which the slave is known to the law simply as a chattel, with no civil rights, to that in which he is recognized as a person for all purposes, save the compulsory power of directing and receiving the fruits of his labor." Dred Scott v. Sanford 19 How 393, 624, 625
It was common for masters in pre civil war times to work their slaves for wages. However, the allowance the slave received was at the master's discretion. For instance, in UNCLE TOM'S CABIN, we can contrast two different examples of masters determining the allowance of their slaves. Wage garnishment has always been a power that masters have exercised over their slaves. The first instance is the complete seizure of wages. George was a slave of Mr. Harris who sold George's labor to a bagging factory. Mr. Harris, after terminating George's services at the bagging factory "demanded George's wages, and announced his intention of taking him home." (Pg. 11) The second instance is about a master who allowed her slave to keep all of her wages free from garnishment. Chloe was Uncle Tom's slave wife before Tom was sold down river to help repay a loan his master had made. Chloe desired to go to work and save money to buy Tom back. Mrs. Shelby, who was Chloe's master, told Chloe that she could travel to Louisville to work at a confectioner's shop. Mrs. Shelby stated: "Never mind; your going there shall bring you nearer, Chloe. Yes, you may go; and your wages shall every cent of them be laid aside for your husband's redemption." (Pg. 255)
Then there is the enslavement of the Jews in the Lodz ghetto of Poland under the Nazis. On page 159 of Laurence Rees' Book "THE NAZIS - A Warning From History," which was published by The New Press, New York, 1997, we can see that the Nazis determined the allowance of Jewish workers in the ghetto.
"Greiser was happy with the proposal that the ghetto become a generator of wealth because he had arranged to pocket the profit from the scheme himself. The Jews are going to be providing labor at a set rate,' says Professor Browning, 35% of that is going to go to the Jews themselves so that they can buy food, 65% is going to go into a special account of Greiser's, one that he controls, his slush fund.'"
Conclusion: Whoever has the authority to determine the allowance a worker will receive from their wages is the master of that worker; and the status of such worker is a slave.
SLAVES HAVE NO RIGHTS
Once the status of slavery attaches to a person, that person's rights become void. One who truly has the status of a United States citizen would have inalienable rights secured by the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution. An inalienable right cannot be taken away in an arbitrary manner. The 13th amendment is clear on the due process involved for taking away a person's inalienable rights. The person must be charged with a crime and convicted in a court of law. This means the right to a jury trial. Slaves, however, are under the authority of masters. Slaves only have the privileges their masters grant them and can be jailed at their master's discretion. This is why in the beginning of the Dred Scott decision we read that "Declaration of Independence does not include slaves as part of the people."
SLAVERY BASTARDIZES MARRIAGES
The justices who wrote the Dred Scott decision knew that the status of slavery bastardized marriages. George, who was a slave in UNCLE TOM'S CABIN that decided to run away from his master, knew this too. His slave wife was Eliza. On page 17 we read Eliza's and George's words on this issue: "Why - but you were married to me, by the minister, as much if you'd been a white man!' said Eliza, simply. Don't you know a slave can't be married? There's no law in this country for that; I can't hold you for my wife, if he chooses to part us' (said George)".
Justice Curtis, who wrote one of the two dissenting opinions in Dred Scott, knew that it was the law that determined the status of slavery, and when the law allowed masters to determine the allowance of workers, then those workers were slaves. This degrades the marriage because the slave's ability to support a family is at the master's discretion. The slaves' labor was the property of masters and the support of the slaves' offspring was the duty of the masters back then. Today, however, the masters keep all of their wealth and power and merely further enslave the workers when their slave marriages are dissolved. Since the worker's labor belongs to masters, the worker's labor is reduced to slave property.
"Does any law of the State of Missouri impair the obligation of that contract of marriage, destroy his rights as a husband, bastardize the use of marriage, and reduce them to a state of slavery?" Dred Scott v. Sanford 19 How 393, 603
If the Declaration of Independence still applied to rights today, we would not have this problem. The worker's right to labor would be held as inalienable and government would then be limited to taxing workers as consumers. If the Declaration were respected no authority could determine the worker's allowance from wages unless the due process of the 13th amendment was respected first. But power over labor has been the most craved political power throughout history. As Chancellor Harper of South Carolina stated well over a century ago, "He who has obtained the command of another's labor, first begins to accumulate and provide for the future, and the foundations of civilization are laid.....Since the existence of man upon the earth, with no exception whatever, either of ancient or modern times, every society which has attained civilization, has advanced to it through this process." Cotton is King and Pro-Slavery Arguments; Pritchard, Abbott, & Loomis, Augusta, Ga., 1860; pg. 552.
The income tax, when it began in 1913 with the 16th amendment, was never designed to be used to determine the worker's allowance; but today wage taxation and wage garnishment have become an institution deeply rooted in law and upheld by judicial decisions. The government we live under today is the illegitimate offspring of the New Deal of the 1930's which began by circumventing the Constitution. The New Deal did nothing more than fulfill the Socialist Party Platform of 1932, and before the New Deal the people's right to free labor was respected.
Since marriage is bastardized today, the multi-billion dollar divorce growth industry can be seen for what it is - massive plunder and enslavement. The victims of this odious system number in the millions, and the socialist lawmakers in the legislatures are continually strengthening this enslaving institution which destroys the rights of its victims.
THE INTERNAL PASSPORT
The Dred Scott decision shows us that no slave was allowed to travel without an internal passport. Slaves who were caught without such internal passport were jailed and their masters had to pay a fine to get their slaves out of jail. Slaves also could not obtain a regular passport to travel outside of the country (see: Dred Scott v. Sanford 19 How 393, 414, 421). Going back further, we can see that internal passports were required when workers were serfs in medieval times (see: 5th Eliz. Cap. 3, 1562). Under the Nazis, the Jews were required to have internal passports (see: The Warsaw Diary of Adam Czerniakow; Ivan R. Dee, Chicago, 1999). The Communists of the Soviet Union introduced an internal passport law on December 27, 1932. This was reported in The Black Book of Communism; Harvard University Press, 1999. All adults over 16 were required to get an internal passport from the police. "The passport was valid only after it received an official stamp (propiska) showing the legal residence of the citizen in question. The status of the individual depended on his or her propiska and could determine whether an individual received a ration card, a social security card, or the right to a home" (Pg. 175). By the end of 1933, around 27 million passports were issued. All persons who resisted collectivization could not obtain a propiska. These were just some of the communist laws that led up to the Great Terror of 1936-38.
It should be obvious that having to obtain an internal passport from political authority has been a badge of slavery throughout history. The drivers license in America today is no different. If the Declaration and the Constitution were still respected, then the drivers license would be an acknowledgement of the individual's right to travel the roads, and the only way the right could be taken away would be to respect the due process of the 13th amendment. The right of locomotion used to be respected in America; but the drivers license today is not a right. It is a privilege granted by masters, and those caught without their propiska will be jailed, fined, and their vehicles will probably be impounded. It is becoming increasingly common in many states for the police to set up road blocks to check for propiska. These road blocks are done under the guise of promoting safety, but, in effect, they act to purge and plunder those who do not have their papers in order. Natuarally, the poor are the hardest hit by this.
Propiska in America has two forms. One is the drivers license and the second is the social security card. Many states will not issue a drivers license propiska without the applicant presenting their social security propiska. The purpose of this is to run the number on the social security propiska through the master's database to see if the slave has submitted to all family court servitudes. A slave found to allegedly owe servitude which is called child support will not be able to obtain a drivers license propiska until the slave goes to the DSS or DHS and submits to their enslavement. We can look for this activity to expand in the future and include the taxing powers. When this happens you will have to submit to enslavement by the family courts, the IRS, and state revenue agencies before you can obtain a drivers license propiska. Only then will society be "safe" to live in.
THE POLITBURO
The last election cycle did nothing more than keep the socialists in power. People need to realize that the two major parties are socialist parties. The people also need to realize that around 90% of the legislation that Congress votes on is written by executive officials. Starting with the New Deal of the 1930's, the executive branch of the federal government massively expanded itself and began writing legislation that Congress rubber stamped to give it a legal appearance. What we have is a disguised dictatorship, a Politburo, as it were, that write almost all federal law. These socialists in the executive branch are beyond the elective control of the people, and the media and the mainstream press (Pravda) keeps them hidden from public view. The Congress' main function today is to feed the Politburo, and the Politburo has structured its laws to give itself immunity. Neither the Congress or the President have any oversight over this enormous bureaucracy which is directed by the Politburo.
Perhaps this is why President John Kennedy stated in 1963: "The high office of president has been used to format a plot to destroy the American's freedom, and before I leave office I must inform the citizen of his plight." President Kennedy was assassinated 10 days later. It is the Politburo that JFK was going to warn the people about. The president appoints the heads of the executive bureaucracies, the senate approves them, and then they become disguised dictators that expand their power by destroying the people's liberties. More and more the central authority in Washington is nationalizing policy. As long as the socialists remain in power, this process will continue. The Politburo's power will increase.
THE APPROACHING GREAT TERROR
The Great Terror swept over the Soviet Union in 1936-38. It effected millions of people, and nearly 700,000 people were killed. It was Stalin's desire to purge society of all elements that resisted Soviet collectivization. If you resisted the forced collectivization of the Communists, you were automatically labeled a "kulak." In America today, those who resist slavery that violates the 13th amendment are labeled "tax protestors" and "deadbeats." Labeling is something socialists have always done to the elements of society that resist their authority.
Evidently, the socialists believe that since they took the dollar off of the gold and silver standards, they can do what they want with people and their labor. Our money today is fiat money backed by slave property. In 1913, when the income tax started with the 16th amendment, the average American worker made $500-600 per year. When the dollar was taken off the gold standard in 1933, the average worker made $1200-1300 per year. Today, someone who makes $25,000 per year is considered below the poverty level. What good does it do, for example, to elevate a worker from $1 per hour to $10 per hour if everything the worker buys costs 10 times as much as when he made $1 per hour? Flooding the economy with paper money just makes things cost more, but the socialists obviously think they've created economic Utopia.
According to Peymon, President of Freedom Law School, Tustin, California (livefreenow.org), around 63 million people no longer file 1040 tax forms. There are millions of other people who, after being enslaved and plundered by the family court system, have refused to submit to child support slavery. So we probably have well over 70 million people who are resisting American Socialist collectivization. We should not underestimate the Politburo's determination to enforce its power.
In the near future, one of two things will have to happen, and there is no escaping it. All of society must become slaves to socialism, or we will restore liberty. If the latter happens, many of society's ills will diminish substantially. The family unit will get back its full means of support. One bread winner will be able to support a family, and children, during their pre-school years, will be able to be raised in the home rather than at a day care center. This will see the divorce rate decline. No more will workers be subjected to wage garnishment unless the 13th amendment is respected first. However, if the former happens, we can expect to see the Great Terror sweep across America. People who refuse to conform to the system will either be executed or sent to labor camps, which were called gulags in the Soviet Union.
The jails and prisons are already becoming slave warehouses. One out of four people incarcerated in the world are in the United States. The majority of the prisoners that are in these gulags are non violent criminals. For example, family court judges enslave and persecute with impunity. They deny their victims the right to counsel and a jury trial. Their proceedings are held in camera, which means behind closed doors and the public is not allowed to see what goes on. These types of tribunals were common during the Great Terror. The police courts that were presided over by communist judges during the Great Terror were called troiki. A typical example of the judgements meted out by the troiki is found on pages 195-97 of The Black Book of Communism.
Here we have a 45 year old man with a 43 year old wife and 24 year old daughter. His property at the time of his arrest was: "One wooden house, 8 meters by 8, covered in sheet metal, with partially covered courtyard 20 meters by 7; 1 cow, 4 sheep, 2 pigs, chickens." The man worked his land with his brother and he was also a co-operative employee. The man, named Sidorov, stated in his file with the communist authorities that "I consider myself a son of an ordinary peasant." Sidorov had no party affiliation and was a reservist for the Army. He was allegedly "unmasked" by several witnesses. The order of the troiki stated: "SHOOT Sidorov Vassily Klementovich; confiscate all his goods. Sentence carried out on August 3, 1938."
This is chilling, for it reveals how the consciences of judges are utterly destroyed. All Sidorov was to the troiki judges was a number that helped fulfill a quota handed down from Moscow. Their job was murder, enslavement, and robbery. What conscience can a human being have after he or she orders the murder, enslavement, and plunder of thousands? These types of judges abound in the family court system today, the only difference is that they only have the power to enslave and plunder. They have yet been given the authority to execute their victims, but when the Great Terror starts, these judges will be ripe for their work, for their consciences have already been seared by ordering millions into slavery and robbing them of their property. Notice that Sadorov had some property before he was executed. In America today, many family court victims have nothing before they are thrown into the gulags. I have read examples of men prosecuted after being released from the hospital for malnutrition; a homeless man who slept in the back of a pickup truck was prosecuted; a Georgia sheriff and superior court judge in Walton County are proposing gulags for fathers who fail to pay child support; construction workers who get behind on child support because of weather or other work slow downs are jailed with impunity by the family court troiki; and then there is the beating death of Brian Armstrong by the jail police after a judge threw him in jail in New Hampshire because he lost his job. Indeed, the judges who will preside over the Great Terror are already being groomed for their work.
CONCLUSION
This is my short but critical analysis of the socialist system that has slowly developed over the past six decades. We cannot escape the future, and history will remember us in spite of ourselves. If we do not stop socialism and restore liberty, the Great Terror is inevitable. Either you will conform or be purged from the system.
Right now all forms of taxation combine to take around half the laborer's bread. In around 20 years from now it will increase to around 65% taxation. The 65% bracket already exists in the child support system and this equals the slavery the Nazis imposed upon the Jews in the Lodz ghetto of Poland during WWII. I will therefore leave you with the following quote from history.
"Whether it be Fascist Italy, Nazi Germany, Communist Russia, or their lesser followers, the result is the same. Every day they repudiate every principle of the Bill of Rights. Freedom of worship is denied. Freedom of speech is suppressed. The press is censored and distorted with propaganda. The right of criticism is denied. Men go to jail or the gallows for honest opinion. They may not assemble for discussion. They speak of public affairs only in whispers. They are subject to search and seizure by spies and inquisitors who haunt the land. The safeguards of justice in trial and imprisonment are set aside. There is no right in one's savings or one's own home which government need respect. Here is a form of servitude, of slavery - a slipping back toward the Middle Ages. Whatever these governments are, they have one common denominator - the citizen has no assured rights. He is submerged in the State." Herbert Hoover, 1935
